At Sellerrealsecure, we stand behind our work. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our tailoring and repair services. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, please contact us immediately.
We offer free revisions for alterations completed by us within 30 days of service completion, provided the request is reasonable and the garment has not been damaged or altered by another party. Additional adjustments beyond the initial revision may incur additional charges.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to complete the requested work to your satisfaction and cannot make reasonable adjustments, we will discuss refund options with you. Refunds are not available for completed work that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
If you need to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work starts will not incur charges. If work has already begun, charges may apply based on the work completed.
While we take every precaution to care for your garments, we are not responsible for items that are damaged beyond repair due to pre-existing conditions or items that are lost due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that customers inform us of any existing damage before service begins.
Completed garments must be picked up within 90 days of completion. Items not picked up within this timeframe may be subject to storage fees or disposal. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding unclaimed items.
